Quick Guide: How to link your discord to your account.

Why should you link your discord to your account?
We can provide you support much faster since you won't have to go through customer verification, and you will automatically receive all your customer roles on our Discord.

  • If you don't have an account with us yet: At the login panel select "Login with Discord".  

  • If you already have an account with us: You need to make sure that your account uses the same email as your discord, otherwise it will create a new account with the email linked to your Discord. If your emails are different you will need to change the email on your discord account, or the easier way, here on the site.
  • Changing your email here on the site: You can easily do so by going into your customer hub, and clicking on the "Profile" or "Update Profile" tab.


    After you changed your email, you need to log back in via your Discord, and the sync should be live. 

  • Customer, and product specific role automation: If you are logged in via Discord, your purchases will automatically log on your Discord account too. This means, you will receive a Customer, and a product specific role(s) after you purchase something. 



  • CAUTION: Currently the system is incapable of granting roles for purchases you made before you logged in via discord. We are working on this, but it is a complicated feature so the ETA is currently unknown.
     
    If you are missing product specific roles due to this, open a ticket on our Discord and request them to be granted to you manually. 

  • Known issue: After you have logged in via Discord to your customer account, and if anytime in the future you want to log in with your email and password, 8/10 times you won't be able to log in anymore. This is due to how the back system works, and sadly we couldn't find a fix for it as of now. If you want to log in via your email and password, click on the "Forgot password?" text, and request a password change. That will fix the issue, and you will be able to log in again. 

  • NOTE: Support is only provided to verified customers. It is highly recommended to use this new feature in order to receive priority support.
